CROCK POT
Place in the crock --
24oz Broccoli Florettes
1 cup (5oz) grated carrots
6-7 minced garlic cloves
3 cups chicken stock
1-2 tsp all purpsose seasoning
1 cup chicken stock mixed with 3/4 cup cornstarch
Cook on hig 3 hours or low 5-6 hours
Then add
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups (8oz) fresh grated sharp cheddar cheese 6 cups chopped broccoli
Until melted and smooth.
