LAYERED CHICKEN AVACADO SALAD

8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 avocados, peeled mashed
¼ cup milk
2 TBL Lime Juice
2 TBL, finely chopped onion
½ tsp salt
4 cups salad greens
1 cup chopped red or green pepper
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
15oz mandarin oranges, drained
4 crispy cooked bacon slices, crumble.
Grated cheddar
Fresh cilantro

Combine cream cheese, milk, avocado, juice, onions & salt until well blended. Layer lettuce, peppers, chicken, oranges. Spread dressing over to cover oranges. Chill for 2-4 hours. Just before serving, top with bacon, cheese and cilantro.
