LUANN SOELBERG'S CRESCENT ROLLS

1 pkg or 2 ¼ tsp quick rise yeast
1 TBL sugar
1cup warm water
Mix above in a small bowl
½ cup melted butter
3 eggs
½ cup sugar
Put above in mixing bowl.  Beat until mixed. Add in yeast mixture.  Beat until blended.

Then add:
¾ tsp salt
4-5 cups flour
Add above into mixing bowl and beat until well blended.

Let rise 1 hour until doubled in size.  Divide dough into 2 sections.  Roll each section into a round shape.  Brush with melted butter.  Sprinkle with sugar.  Cut each circle into 12 wedges.  Roll up.  Let rise 1-1 ½ hours.  Bake 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
