Place
beans in a large pan and cover with cold water adding 1 tsp baking soda. Cover pan and soak overnight In the morning
bring the beans to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse the beans. Add the beans and all other ingredients to a
crock pot and stir to incorporate well.
Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
