1 ½ tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp cumin
½ tsp garlic powder or granules
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp black pepper
1 lb. lean ground beef
12 oz can roast beef (mostly drained.
If using beef in gravy, keep all the gravy)
Measure all spices and put aside.
Cook ground beef and drain any excess fat. Add spices to cooked meat until well
combined. Add the canned roast beef
breaking it up so it can mix well with ground beef. Cover and keep warm until ready to serve.
