GOLDEN MUSHROM CHICKEN SOUP (CROCK POT)

1 cut up fryer chicken
1 medium green pepper chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 small jar sliced mushrooms
1 can golden mushroom soup
½ can water

Put everything in crock and cook on low 8-10 hours.  Remove chicken and debone, shred and put back in crock.
