HIKORY SMOKED BRISKET (CROCK POT)


3-4lb brisket
4 oz bottle liquid smoke
½ tsp each celery salt, garlic salt & onion powder

Put brisket on large piece of toil.  Sprinkle with spices.  Place in crock pot and pour liquid smoke on top.  Wrap and seal foil.  Cook on low 10-12 hours.

Leftovers freeze great for easy future meal.
