Pillows
8oz cream cheese
2 TBL chopped onion
1lb. shredded chicken
2 TBL butter
1 Env Ranch mix (optional)
Small can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
2 tubes croissant rolls
Egg Wash (egg beaten with a little milk or water)
Stove Top Stuffing mix (crushed) (could use crushed crackers also. Ritz & Cheese Nips are good)
Sauce
Can of cream of . . . soup
2-4 TBL Milk
2 TBL sour cream
1/2 cup cheese of your choice
Mix first six ingredients. Put 2 rolls together to make square. Stuff with mix. Fold over and seal edges. Dip in egg wash and roll in stove stop mix. Bake 350 degrees 20 minutes.
To make Sauce --
Warmed soup thinned with milk. Once warm add sour cream and cheese.
