FRENCH DIP SAMMYS (CROCK POT) (FREEZER)

4 lb roast
1 can beefy mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms.
Swiss cheese or Provolone slices
Buns
Place mushroom in bottom of crock pot.  Add roast and soups, cook on low 8 hours. Take meat out and slice or shred.  Take mushrooms out.  Serve on bun with meat, cheese and mushrooms.  Use dripping as jus.  Leftovers freeze great for easy meal in future.
