MANDARIN CHICKEN CRAISIN SALAD

4 cups diced/shredded chicken
4 11 oz cans oranges
1 cup craisins
8 cups spinach
4 cups lettuce
1 cup honey roasted peanuts

Marinade:
2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
4-6 TBL sugar
2 1/3 cups vinegar
1/3 cup oil
1 TBL minced onion
1 TBL sesame seeds
1/8 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper.

Marinade the cooked chicken in marinade 4 hours. Toss chicken with remaining ingredients. Use remaining marinade to dress the salad.
