BEEF MUSHROOM BARLEY SOUP

Chopped onion
Chopped carrot
Sliced mushroom
1 lb. stew meat
8 cups beef stock
1 cup barley
Salt & pepper to taste
2 bay leaves

Put everything in soup pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. (or put all in slow cooker 8 hours on low)

*If you like a creamy soup, try adding a can of golden mushroom or cream of mushroom soup
