SPICY POTATO SOUP

1 lb. ground beef browned and drained
4 cups peeled diced potatoes
1 small chopped onion
24 oz. tomato sauce
3 cups water
2 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp. pepper
1 TBL. Tabasco

Put everything into a soup pot. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
