SPICY CHEESE ROLL

1 lb. Velveeta
8 oz. cream cheese
2 oz. diced jalapeno
2 oz. diced black olive
1 oz. pimiento
2 oz. diced mushrooms
Paprika
Wax paper

Have all ingredients at room temp.  Place a sheet of wax paper on counter.  Top with Velveeta.  Top with second sheet of wax paper.  Roll out to 1/8”-1/4” thick.  Spread with cream cheese.  Top with jalapeno, olive, pimento and mushroom.  Roll up jelly roll style.  Sprinkle with paprika.  Serve with crackers.
