Roll out 2 tubes crescent rolls into the bottom of a jelly roll pan. Bake per package directions. Cool completely.
Filling: Mix together the following and spread over crust
1 cup sour cream
8 oz softened cream cheese
1.5 TBL (½ env.) powdered ranch dressing mix
Toppings: Sprinkle over filling
Grated carrots
Celery
Radishes
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Olives
Grated cheese
Fresh mushrooms
Cut in to squares & serve
