RITZ THIN MINTS

8 squares semi-sweet baker’s chocolate

¼ tsp mint extract

1 sleeve ritz

Crushed candy cane

Melt chocolate as directed.  Stir in extract.  Dip crackers, scraping off excess.  Put on wax paper.  Sprinkle with crushed candy.  Refrigerate 30 minutes.
