1 TBL chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flake or 1/8 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 TBL flour
Use 2 TBL per 1 pound of meat
This batch makes about 3.5 TBL
