GOLDEN MUSHROOM CHICKEN


2 lbs chicken
8 oz mushrooms
1 can gold mushroom soup
1/2 can water
4 oz cream cheese

Put all in crock pot low 6-8 hours.
Or bake at 350 degrees covered for 50 minutes.


MISSISSIPPI CHICKEN


SERVES 6
2 pounds Chicken Breast frozen or fresh
1 1-oz package Ranch Seasoning Mix or 1 ½ Tablespoons
1 0.87-oz package Chicken Gravy Mix or turkey gravy mix
5-6 medium Pepperoncini
4 Tablespoons Butter cut into pieces

Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a crockpot.

Add the ranch dressing mix and gravy mix, making sure it covers all sides of the chicken.

Place the pepperoncini and butter on top of the chicken, then cover with a lid.

Cook chicken on high for about 4 hours, or on low for 6-7 hours.

Once the chicken is easily shreddable, shred using two forks and use as desired. Enjoy!

ARTICHOKE DIP


4 oz Diced Green Chiles
14 oz Artichoke Hearts Chopped
2 tsp Garlic Minces
1/2 cup Mayo
1 cup Mozzarella
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Parmesan
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Lemon Juice
S&P to taste

Put all in crock pot, low 3-4 hours or high 1-2 hours or bake in a 9x9 pan 350 degrees 30 minutes.

CHEX MIX


9 cups Chex (Corn, Rice, Wheat or Mixed)
4.5 cups Cheerios
1 1/2 cup mixed nuts (peanut, almond, brazil, hazelnut, cashew)
1 1/2 cup bite-size pretzels 
1 1/2 cup garlic-flavor bite-size bagel chips or Rye Chips (these are a MUST!!)
14 tablespoons butter or margarine (butter taste so much better)
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3.5 teaspoons seasoned salt (Lowrys “Special salt”)
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1.5 teaspoon onion powder

Preheat oven to 250 degrees
In large roasting pan, (the one you fix the turkey in)
Mix cereals, nuts, pretzels and Rye Chips (Rye Chips are important) – set aside.
In a small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on high about 40 seconds or until melted.
Stir in seasonings.
Pour over cereal mixture, stir until evenly coated.
Place in oven and “toast” for approximately 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Cool on paper towels or stir time to time until completely cooled.
