BISCUIT AND GRAVY CASSEROLE

1 lb. sausage browned
2 cups peppered sausage gravy
1 cup shredded cheddar
6 eggs
½ cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (8oz) biscuits or 8 homemade biscuits

Preheat oven to 350.
Cut the biscuits into 1” pieces and put in bottom of 9x13 greased pan.
Sprinkle the sausage over the biscuits
Sprinkle the cheese over sausage
Whisk eggs and milk together with salt and pepper and pour over the cheese.
Pour the gravy over the egg mix.

Bake 30-45 minutes.
