BUFFALO CHICKEN SOUP (CROCK POT)

6 Cups ½ & ½
3 Can Cream of chicken soup
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup sour cream
¼ - ½ cup hot pepper sauce
3 celery stalks diced
Blue Cheese

Combine all in a slow cooker except blue cheese on low 4-5 hours.  Top with crumbled blue cheese.
