CINCINNATI CHILI

1.5 lbs browned ground beef
29 oz can tomato sauce
14.5 oz can whole peeled tomatoes
Small chopped onion
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp allspice
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1½ TBL white vinegar
1 garlic clove
3 bay leaves
Simmer on stove top 4-5 hours or in crock-pot on low 8-10 hrs. 
 
2 way = over spaghetti or on hot dog
3 way = with cheese
4 way = with cheese, beans or onions
5 way = with cheese, beans and onions
