wide noodles, cooked and drained

cans chicken, drained or 2 cups cooked & cubed (can use freeze dried)

large can mushrooms (can use dehydrated or freeze dried)
1 can
cream of mushroom soup (can use homemade CofM mix)
1
can-full of milk (can use powdered milk)
½ cup
crushed saltines (about 40 crackers)
Salt
and pepper to taste
Combine
soup, milk, salt and pepper then add in noodles, chicken and mushrooms. Put into greased 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle saltines on top. Bake uncovered 350 35-45 minutes.
