HUMMUS

1 can garbanzo beans drained (reserve liquid)
1/4 cup tahini
2-3 TBL lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
3-4 cloves garlic
3 TBL olive oil
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan (optional)

Mix all together in food processor.
If it is too thick, add reserved bean liquid 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency.

Transfer to serving bowl.  Sprinkle with paprika & minced parsley
