OVERNIGHT BAKED OATMEAL


½ cup veggie oil
¾ cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
½ tsp salt
1 TBL baking powder
3 cups quick cook oats
½ cup raisins
2 TBL brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon

Mix everything together.  Pour into greased 9", pie pan, square or round pan.  
Cover and refrigerate overnight.  
The next morning, preheat oven to 350 and bake uncovered until firm, about 35 minutes.  Serve Hot.
