POT ROAST IN GOLDEN MUSHROOM SOUP (CROCK POT)

2-3 lbs. pot roast
2 onions, peeled and quartered
1 lb. carrots, peeled and quartered
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3 cans golden mushroom soup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. water
