SHREDDED BEEF TACOS (CROCK POT)

2 lb roast
1 med. Onion diced
1 cup water
1 envelope taco seasoning
16 oz taco sauce
7 oz green chilies with juice
Taco shells

Toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream olives, etc.

Put beef, onion, seasoning mix and water in slow cooker. Cook on low 8 hours. Remove and shred. Return to crock. Stir in taco sauce and chilies. Assemble tacos.
