7 MINUTE MICROWAVE CARAMEL

Butter/spray and 8x8 pan or silicone molds 

In an 8 cup or larger microwave safe bowl mix together:
1/4 Cup Butter, melted
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
1/2 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
Pinch of Salt

Microwave on high 2 1/2 minutes
Stir

Again, Microwave on high 2 1/2 minutes
Stir

Microwave 2 minutes
Add in:
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Stir

Pour into prepared pan
***Refrigerate 20 minutes
Cut in to desired size and wrap in wax paper

***if desired, sprinkle with chocolate, salt, nuts, etc. before chilling
