¼ - ½ cup franks red hot
3.5 oz soft cream cheese
1 ¾ cup sharp cheddar
¼ cup chopped green onions
1 cup flour placed in shallow bowl
4 beaten eggs in shallow bowl
3-4 cups crushed cornflakes in shallow bowl
Combine chicken, cream cheese, franks, cheddar and onions. Roll heaping tablespoon of mix into
balls. Place on baking sheet. (can
freeze at this point or continue on)
Roll in flour, roll in egg, roll in cornflakes. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
