POPOVERS

Pre heat oven to 425 DEGREES

Mix:

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1 tsp sugar

½ tsp salt

1 cup flour

Put 3 TBL butter in 12 muffin cups and in oven to melt

Remove from oven and add batter

Bake for 15 minutes
