CUCUMBERS

Marinade sliced cucumbers in one of the following:

1 tsp salt

3 TBL sugar

1/3 cup vinegar

Or

¼ sliced red onion

¼  cup water

¼ cup rice vinegar

½ tsp sugar

1/8 tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

Can make either marinade creamy by adding ¼ cup sour cream!
